December 24, 2024Flew my DA40 into TUS for 2 week stay. Wonderful FBO: fine facilities, good CSR's and Lineman. $40 facility fee waived with purchase of 10 gal fuel (100LL is expensive). $15 security fee. Hangar N/A but Shadeport is $20/night (they have weekly & monthly rates that are lower, just ask if you're staying longer).

July 17, 2024I stopped in while on a cross country trip in my C172. The people here were exceedingly polite and helpful. I don't know where they find such wonderful staff but Atlantic should keep that a secret -- it's a competitive advantage. While chatting with Eleanora at the front desk, I mentioned that I planned to depart at about 5AM the next day. She immediately volunteered to lend me a crew vehicle. That turned out to be critically important as it saved me tons of time in the morning. You are good!

March 2, 2024Came here as a student pilot with CFI in my C182 for night flying requirement. Very welcoming personnel. Beautifully maintained lounge with snacks and drinks, and tidy facilities.

February 2, 2023December 29, 2022 Atlantic Aviation provided a good service for our overnight in Tucson. Gas is not costly anywhere on the field. Casey was very fine and always had a smile for us.

April 21, 2022Atlantic Tucson doesn't have the military fuel agreement, but myself and 4 other planes parked next to their FBO and needed to utilize the restroom because of shuttle van delays (a whopping 4 people total). We were told they don't have the agreement and we could not use their restroom. While Atlantic Tucson may not, many Atlantics across the nation do (El Paso) for example. Your shortage of customer service and general failure to see the "big picture" causes a stain on not only your FBO, but the Atlantic Corporation overall. As a customer supported and based entity, if I were you, I'd reconsider who you have managing Atlantic Tucson and where their main concerns are.
