Aug2023 visit - New asphalt runway and taxiway finished/working. Seems 24hr entry to fine air-conditioned FBO with Wifi, recliner, sofa, restroom, and honor-system snacks and beverages.

I hanger at T78 & commute passing up other airports, for the hospitality & pricing. Phil (onsite mechanic & airport attendant) is one of the finest people I’ve dealt with in aviation. Will go out of his way to help accommodate you. The airport is going thru runway & taxiway resurfacing, so superb conditions soon. Fuel is cheapest in the region. Small FBO is fine. Courtesy car with no limitations, within reason. Downside, IFR approach limited to daytime only. City is working to rectify.

Affordable 100LL. Fuel line electric reel worked for me.

Affordable self serve. Everything functions except the fuel line electric thing. Needed to pull in by hand.
