I’ve been to this FBO several times in the past 6 months. It’s the least customer-friendly I’ve observed in 20 years of flying—slow service, uninterested personnel. Thought it was just me and copilot until my passenger asked if there was a superior option. I mentioned they have CAA, and she said, “We can put up with them for the cheaper fuel.” That communicates everything.

Good FBO, however shower facility is really just the employee shower at the back of the hangar. Still would come back.

Good experience, flew in with a C182, Reliance had arranged a rental vehicle that was brought to the plane right after parking. Fair charges ($30 overnight parking, ramp fee waived with fuel purchase).

I fly into Reliance decently often, and have always had a fine experience. The line staff are super nice and the charges aren't bad at all, especially considering how costly Miami tends to be. Overall, if I'm going to Miami, this is the FBO I've chosen every time.

Front desk ladies have bad attitudes. And they don't have water bottles for paying customers after paying lots of money for services. Terrible fbo and will not be back
