Had to ask three times to get fueled, and when they finally figured it out they said they had the wrong tail number. I do not know how that could happen with three different request. They seemed very puzzled.

Ignore the cheaper AVGAS pricing - they do not have any 100LL and do not service piston planes. You must go to Atlantic or Signature if you come to TEB in a piston.

Good FBO, very comfortable, clean, roomy. Free ice cream also! Just ensure they register your plane correctly so proper charges are assessed -- and they will very quickly correct anything that needs fixing. Truly, a fine experience!

Jet aviation waited a long duration to fuel, we ended up a delayed departure, I had to call on the handset, as they didn’t answer the radio, with engines running to get a line person to pull chocks and GPU, upon landing apparently at destination it turns out the line person failed to close our GPU door, thankfully no harm

Line Personnel are completely useless. I just sit and wait for things every time I arrive. I usually have to request 2-3 times for things to happen. Our plane uses a GPU to assist with engine start. Today was the last straw. 6 line personnel were nearby our aircraft when we started our engines. Engines running and they all ignored us and walked away while we were still connected to the GPU. Had to call the FBO for the line personnel to do any work.
