Good little airport but extremely busy. Communication is is the key for this airport, check their website for the pattern procedures. Not your standard facility. Good fuel cost so it draws a lot of traffic.

Non-standard and really tight pattern. Study it prior to you fly into this airport. TPA 850’, close in downwind and tight base to final. Watch the tree at the end or runway 22. Winds get swirly whirly in the afternoon in this valley.

Small private airport with much activity plus eatery open breakfast, lunch & dinner. Fine grassy spot on south west corner for camping and 2 new crew rooms for $50/night in same building as eatery. Short 10 min walk into town for additional restaurants with Rabalais bistro topping my list. Non-standard traffic pattern worth checking web site before arrival.
