Malibu Mirage, topped off fuel $60 ramp charge $10 facility charge Just to drop someone off. I am not a cheap person but this is getting absurd.

We spent one evening in SYR at Million Air in our G500. Stating they were on the ball would be an overstatement. They helped with rental car reservations and had our automobile prepared when we got there. Fuel truck was waiting. They took us inside in a van since it was pouring. All invoicing, was managed fast and expertly. Next morning with our pax went extremely well thanks to the superb staff. Can't express enough good things. Thanks for the fine experience. 10/10 suggest!

$100 GPU charge light jet that took 501 gallons fuel $35 Facility charge not waived with fuel

Fine facility. Costly fees. Small, single engine piston, $30 ramp charge per day! Waived if you purchase fuel for first day but if remaining multiple days, they assess ramp charge everyday. More of an overnight parking charge than ramp charge. Only show in town. They own Freeman Jet Center too. Identical fees. Shun if feasible.

Was there a few days ago to clear customs and fuel up. Fine facility (very...) and welcoming personnel at the counter. Nevertheless, it took above 30 minutes to be refuel and I still wonder if the lineman was correctly trained to assume his duty...
