I've come here many times with our XLS, service is laughable and the line personnel are rude and do not have any interest in assisting you. Save yourself a huge problem and go to shelt air instead.

Charged $107 for fuel and then a charge 3700 for fuel. My plane only carries 42 gallons of 100LL.. Front desk had no clue what to do. In the process of arguing the transaction. Signature's response was to contact my credit card. This is awful.

Worst FBO experience I have ever had. We showed up at 9:20 PM for a crew swap/refueling. Marshaling was awful. The line person seemed upset that we would not permit him to fuel the plane without a crewmember present. After we got inside, the CSR greeted us with a bad attitude and informed us they would be assessing a $100 callout charge since they shut down at 10:00 PM. Eventually, the line person shouted at us as I was having a very short discussion with the new crew and stated we were "holding up the fuel truck."
