October 14, 2025It's alright... not the finest. Charged $50 for car to run into town for lunch. Support was fine, nothing special. Underwhelming enough that if I'm ever back in the vicinity I'll try Cumberland for a comparison

May 18, 2024Got diverted to Rice Lake due to weather and Jordan was there and he was very kind and helpful. Filled up with fuel and had fine prices.

January 1, 2024I cannot recall the FBO front desk woman and lines staff names. They went truly above and beyond good service. Fast fuel option, extra effort to assist deicing, last min rush catering...etc. certainly suggested.

October 13, 2023Courtesy / Rental Car is now up to $100 from the prior $25.

January 11, 2023Team was very helpful, arrived and it was snowing pretty decent. They cleared a path for me to get to the runway and help clear around the plane. Yes they did charge for the car but it’s not limited to only crew which I don’t mind. Make sure you bring proof of insurance as it is setup like a rental.

November 27, 2022Charging for a “courtesy car” after charging $6.77/gallon for the 250 gallons I pumped is a bit absurd. Think about changing this.

February 19, 2022Fine FBO lounge but they look for every chance to assess charges. Single engine piston with a 37 gal fuel fill and they still charged me $25 to utilize crew car for 3 hours. It was -10F so by request they put in heated hanger for a few hours which cost $50. Fuel was also costly with full service. Not perfect spot to stop but I had no option. Just don’t anticipate a free courtesy car like most airports provide.
