Steer clear at all costs. I needed to have repairs from their shop fixed because of poor maintenance methods and their flight school planes are in such bad shape that even the DPE declines to fly in some of them (I learned this because I took my checkride in one of their aircraft).

Spouse and I stopped in to see daughter at WSU for the weekend. Transient parking is somewhat confusing. We pulled up on the ramp the lineman walked away?! The Hawaii football team was landing in 10 minutes, so perhaps he was preoccupied but a radio call to us would have been welcome. Found out after shutting down the FBO parking is up against the fence and the airport authority controls the parking on the ramp away from the fence. Staff were friendly/helpful Self service pump only. #cirruspilot

I've been using Pullman airport for a long time (mostly the man gate next to inter-state) to pick up a friend and fly him back home and to Pullman but inter-state is a wonderful facility. Lots of parking, friendly staff, no fees(big one for me) and reasonably priced fuel. I highly recommend Pullman and inter-state for any service you need -monty2017

The front desk lady is amazing at service and is very fine and enthusiastic. Very welcoming service , they just need to add more line personnel

These folks are the finest. During a Fire northwest of the airport and these guys dialed the fuel in quicker than a NASCAR pit crew. Down to earth and superb to be around. We truly value the fast response and assistance! Will return! Thank you all!
