Nobody met me when I arrived at noon. I parked and tied myself down. They called me 3 hours later and said they needed to move me and asked if my brakes were engaged. When I returned 3 days later I found they moved my plane but never re-tied my plane down and it sat in strong winds for 3 days! Obviously I was quite upset as it's a $300k+ Bonanza. They also never fueled me like I requested on arrival so I needed to wait for that service.

The ramp charges listed here are not correct. I was billed $35/night for a Bonanza versus the $15/night shown here. Kindly phone ahead for the most current rates. As one reviewer mentioned, there was certainly a 3% Convenience Fee. Furthermore, there was a $5 Security Fee. Not truly certain what that one was intended for.

They recently doubled their charges. I parked my Grumman Tiger for three nights during presidential TFR and came away with a statement for over $120 with no fuel purchase, just parking, security and I parked myself after hours.

Call ahead for costs if you care. This location and AOPA both list $30 per night for BE58, but yesterday billed me $50 per night and stated they went up in February! That was a 67% boost! Will surely make me look for another go-to airport and FBO.

I call Saturday 11:00am for 10:00am departure Sunday, ask for 320 gallons Jet A. Told woman on phone "I may show 30 mins early please fuel me today, Saturday" I show 30 mins late Sunday, still no fuel. I told woman at desk what I said to woman on the phone day before, she didn't have gumption to apologize, heck, barely even acknowledged my need of fuel. I asked if could be expedited. She took her sweet ole time telling line guys they took their time to uplift 1.5 hours later I depart. Not impressed. - Jackson K.
