I give Knoxville Aviation 6 of 5 stars. I am not based at OXV, but utilize this FBO for all upkeep. For a rural zone 30 miles from a Class C airport, you will discover all the amenities typically found at more active fields, but with an unequaled degree of individual attention and service. This is not to criticize other FBO's, but the staff at Knoxville Aviation care about every plane, pilot, and passenger. As an extra perk, the FBO is a good spot to relax and converse with local pilots and hanger fly.

Super friendly and good service. Fuel advertised as only full service because of an issue with the credit card reader at the pump. Would certainly make it a point to stop here on purpose!

Good fuel stop in the Des Moines area. Airport manager is friendly and responsive after hours!

Courtesy car was out, but manager let us utilize his personal truck. Fuel price is quite reasonable, full service only. Fine FBO.
