Piper Archer $78 for 6 hours, $20 handling charge and I parked and chocked myself, $50 parking over 2 hours, total greed, Atlantic is just as bad ,,,

These folks are absolutely good. So helpful and friendly. Line guys are tops. Customer service go the extra mile. They have won our business any time we are at MMU

Ferried a plane from FL to CT and stopped in at Signature to drop off a passenger. I gave a 20 min heads up on the ASRI and to expect me as a quick turn. When I pulled in I was met with nobody on the ramp. I was then abruptly intercepted by a rude and angry line tech after a few minutes signaling me to turn around. He walked dangerously close to the prop and was extremely rude to my passenger. My passenger reported it to management and was still charged a ramp fee. I will never return here. 2/10

Normally I'm not a big admirer of Signature, but the people at MMU were superb. Quite welcoming and prompt line service - one fellow even sought me out inside to inform me that he thought he noticed an issue with the plane. It proved to be no issue but I certainly valued the alert. The CSRs behind the counter were also quite polite and useful. I have nothing but positive comments about this stop!

Flew in the other day for quick restroom stop that ended up costing me $96. Front desk employee called it a handling charge. Only thing the line guy did was put a set of chocks on the plane. Complete rip off. Did not even spend 5 minutes inside of the FBO. Most costly restroom stop I have ever had.
