Mixed experience. Flew in on New Year's Eve in a T210, was going to park at the city terminal, but all four tiedown spots were taken. Taxied over to Atlantic and the line guy waved me off and told me to taxi back over to the city ramp. They apparently do not service piston, planes so he had me shut down by the self serve fuel, and he told me there were two extra tiedown spots down by the airport perimeter fence. Then he was off to take care of a jet. I was left on my own in the dark.

The customer service people were friendly. Although the line guys were nice, they were a comedy of errors. We fly a vision jet...the CSR told us that they had topped us off with 460 gallons which struck me as odd since our max is 296! Once we got that sorted and began preflight we noticed that the nose wheel was turned in the exact wrong direction despite all kinds of placards and arrows showing the correct way. I will try the competition next time.

Do not come here, they do not provide any services to GA any longer.

Flew into KMKC 6/11/25 for an overnite to explore the city, crush some BBQ at Joe's KC, and to see Billy Strings and was not let down. Controllers were fantastic and the people at Atlantic were top notch...Line crew was very helpful in finding us our own hangar space. DeeDee and the ladies at the front desk were super welcoming. Good location to downtown.
