Sat for an hour waiting for Jet A, only had one guy working the truck.

Today, we parked at Modern Aviation and spent around 15 minutes in the FBO. When we got ready to depart, the woman behind the counter stated: "How did you wish to pay the $30.00 facilities' fee?". I thought wow! That is quite costly! Then she informed me the fee would be waived if I purchased 10 gallons of fuel. The fuel cost was high, but it was certainly the most affordable choice. Perhaps I've lost touch with reality but for me, a $30.00 "facility fee" is excessive. I will not return.

Left my plane on the ramp for a few hours on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Cordial personnel, no ramp fee with avgas purchase (not sure what the minimum amount is, I got 14 gal). This is my regular FBO when I land at Mather, never had a bad experience.

Fantastic FBO. I have traveled thru Sacramento a number of occasions and this is a rather calm airport compared to SAC executive and the line people and the FBO are super friendly and quick. Also good hotels down the road if it's your last stop for the day.

They mandate a 2 hour call out for any services and take 45 minutes to commence fueling if you do not call ahead, and they can be difficult to reach by telephone. They bill much greater rates than posted and possess very steep landing and handling charges. They adjusted my monthly hangar fee without informing me and claimed they were experiencing email difficulties for not providing notice. They maintain a very high line service rotation, and past staff inform me that administration is terrible and only concerned with finances. They attempted to dominate the Sac region, but I am pleased that a fresh locally owned FBO started operating at Mather
