Staff are fine, ownership must be anther story. Maybe a small thing but when all you can provide is powdered creamer, like you're so cheap you can't even get some of those mini ones that don't even have to be refrigerated, something is wrong with you. Says a lot. Pilot lounge is decent.

We bought 60,000 lbs of fuel and they stated they could not supply any drinks for the crew. "If we knew you were arriving we could have arranged something" but we called 3 hours prior and they certainly knew we were coming.

Horribly inefficient and slow. Wouldn't take a fuel order the night before departure and took over an hour to fuel in the morning, delaying our departure. They seem to understand that no pilot goes here by choice.

For a world class airport this FBO was somewhat lacking. Inside was a bit worn down and drab. Security cage separates you from front desk personnel. Staff was really welcoming. Clearance delivery frequency was obstructed by structures. Had to taxi to far end of non movement area to get reception. $125 fee for a quick turn after peak (10pm?)
