The crew from FBO came out to volunteer the self-service pump - good attitude! The ramp parking is a bit far from the pump (practice your hot start skills!). We took a crew car - not in fine condition but very serviceable. Runway is in good condition! Fuel prices are probably lowest around the country - good spot for fueling and meal stop. FBO is very fine.

HRX is a good place to stop for fuel in the Texas panhandle. Fuel price is always very good, self serve works well and FBO has all a pilot needs. Stopped today homeward bound for fuel and restroom stop, Matt met me at the self serve pump and offered to assist me with the fueling. Restroom was clean and snacks and drinks readily available. Fine paved wide runway made the West Texas crosswind a "no factor".

Third time through in 4 years. Was not attended this occasion but pumps are fast and newer. Building open to access restrooms. It's adjacent to a feed lot, you will see many cows on final approach and smell them also.

Went into HRX after dark, found self serve pump without delay, finest fuel price in this area. This is a fine stopping spot for anyone in the NW Texas area. Very good runway and taxiways, very clean facilities.

I used HRX today for the first time to transfer Angelflight passengers. This FBO was just the experience these first time GA passengers needed to feel comfortable. HRX is easy in/easy out, self serve fuel is simple and priced right. Runway and taxi ways are in good shape, FBO is well set up with anything a pilot needs.

Good stop. Good rates and good airport manager. I fly in weekly and they are always willing to assist out. ****If you need in after hours call the number on the door.
