Flew to KHOU on 6 Dec. '25. The line guys were prompt/professional. The young lady at the car rental desk was superb. Returned the car early today with tank topped off. There was no one at the rental desk, so I put the key on the counter and was writing a note when a woman appeared and accosted me and brusquely ordered me to return the key/paperwork to the Galaxy front desk--which I had no contact with yesterday. This behavior and that attitude did not go well with me. Then the fees. $98. No.

Outstanding FBO. The inbound ground crew was fast and attentive and made sure we were totally taken care of before leaving. Customer service continued the superb service. The plane remained two nights. The outbound service team was also above and beyond for service (Sierra, Jesus, Bryan). Beautiful facility. Good employees. Will certainly be using them in the future. King Air 250 was operated on this trip.

Awesome FBO. I fly medical transports and these folks take good care of us. Huge ramp, beautiful facilities.

Awesome line Service, The finest customer service representative I’ve had in a long time. As well as beautiful new facilities, lots of ramp space. The best World Fuel price at Hobby. We will be back.

CSR Sierra was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Super luxurious FBO, good crew cars and Go Rentals on-site. Everything and everyone was top notch.

Flew the company’s King Air to HOU, the service we received was second to none! Fantastic facility with amazing personnel. Attentive, and treated the aircraft as if it belonged to them. I highly recommend Galaxy FBO! Cheers!!
