Had a doctor's appointment in Monett, they guaranteed a courtesy car the day before hand, nobody is here and picking up phone calls. Now I'm delayed. I've heard so many good things about this facility, what occurred.

Steve was good. Was waiting for us at the self serve, assisted us with fuel, batteries for my headset and complimentary bottles of water. Perfect.

Fabulous FBO with good people. SUPER nice runway (guessing they held onto COVID money and made fine use out of it). Flew in after freezing at -18C for 2+ hours. Warmly greeted with a hot cup of coffee and he offered to top off the plane while we warmed up. A+ treatment...so I filed to land her on the way back from Dallas to St. Louis.

This was a good stop. Ultra clean facilities, inexpensive gas, terrific manager, Howard. Looking forward to visiting again.
