Called in ahead of time that I was flying in to use the crew car. Individual at the desk failed to mention that the crew car is not available after 5PM.

Signature at the Frederick Municipal Airport (KFDK) is a family friendly FBO that provides good customer service. The personnel is helpful and always enthusiastic about doing their job to the best of their capability. If you are searching an overnight airport that will take care of your plane, then Signature at the Frederick Municipal Airport is the spot to go.

Really pleasant folks and ground personnel. Zero charges for single piston. Took the courtesy car for as long as I wished to go into town. Very kind and useful people I will return

We come into FDK fairly frequently for business and Signature has treated us good. Friendly, helpful and accommodating..fuel is expensive (CJ4) but that’s everywhere these days.

My son and I both flew into Fredrick last week. The personnel was helpful and courteous. They assisted with getting rental cars and also handled an issue we had with rental car billing. Charges were reasonable, $10/ day parking and a one time junk fee of $5.00. Good FBO.

After several very unsatisfactory experiences at DMW, I tried Signature FDK even though it was less convenient for my family visit. Superb service and pleasant staff. It was well worth the extra drive time.

Fees out the wazoo and costly fuel. It’s a pity because Frederick is a neat town, but next time I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are other airports more welcoming.
