Came here for some Cirrus maintenance and had a good experience. Top notch line staff and customer service representatives. Had a wonderful conversation with Michael the general manager. I would recommend Premier Jet Center to anyone for fuel or service needs.

Flew in for a Vikings game and see some friends. Loved Premier Jet and can't wait to come back! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. ATC was the same. Highly recommend.

Stayed all together about 3 weeks at Premier. Very welcoming personnel and good facility. Our 210 was tied down the first 2 weeks but during our second week stay the tie down spots were all taken up but the plane was chocked and parked in a protected area. The airport is simple to get in and out of and the tower staff are super. Not the cheapest fuel costs but given the facility it's understandable.

Premier @ FCM is a very frequent stop for us. The line staff is nothing short of phenomenal, every time we arrive. They always have an extra pep in their step and hustle to complete every request. Although they’re all a good help, Joe seems to be a frequent line technician that always is willing to lend a hand, whether it be with passenger bags, or getting the Lav. done on a quick turn. He’s alway the first person that you see and is more than happy to assist. Once you get off the ramp and in the lobby, the CSR’s always meet you with a smile and a very warm “welcome.” We typically have multiple requests to accommodate our passengers. Amber always has everything accomplished with great efficiency and her communication is nothing short of “top-notch.” We’re always grateful for the Premier team and they make what we do go off with out a hitch. Thank you again!
