Second time in there in SR22T. First time was not a poor experience but certainly felt as though we were in their path. Today the feeling was more like they could not care less. Called ahead to have plane out and fueled, arrived an hour later and plane was on the ramp but no fuel. Had to wait around half hour more for fueling to be finished all the while trying to get out before storms. In the future I will not bother with fuel that is $2.00+ per gallon higher than the other location on the field.

The service is good, marshaling in and even accommodating odd requests like if towing for reparking, parking with the rudder full to one side. Though fuel and parking aren't inexpensive, this is a good place to go for Phoenix area. Homemade brownies are good too!

The crew at Cutter made my overnight stay simple and smooth. GoRental car was waiting on the ramp when I got out of the plane. Parking was such that I did not need to be repositioned. Wonderful job Cutter crew.

I brought my Vision jet here for 5 days in Feb. From the Marshaller that waved me in perfectly to a tight space forward, this was a good encounter. We are C.A.A. and they treated us very well. Costs are more than fair, everyone has a smile and things are swift. Our Go rental was right at planeside ready to go.This is a BUSY airport and they make it look simple. Will return.

Good service before, during and after the flight. 4 people met us at the plane when we arrived. Rental car was brought out to us. Offered covered parking and hangar for extra costs. Facilities were very nice and comfortable. Really fine people.
