Last week, my spouse and I arrived on an emergency flight to see a family member who was in critical condition. When Derek found out our situation, he threw us the keys to the Cadillac and just said don't worry about bringing it back. Superb customer service. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal service I've been there a million times they have very fine people who are on the ball with taking care of you and have had free snacks before as well as free beverages, which make the trip worthwhile. Will continue to go back every single occasion I ever have to go to Dayton.
