Stopped at the self serve pump to get 100LL and found the pump to be zipped tied to the pump. Didn't bother to see if there was a fuel truck obtainable. The management appears to not grasp or care about GA. Rumor is he inherited the airport from an in-law and sees it as an annoyance.

Just got a phone call from the facility, as an update they're going to waive my $50 fee for parking since I did buy fuel, but they will not negotiate or waive landing fees, and they told me they didn't care if I ever came there again in fact, it was a good thing if us general aviation guys weren't clogging up the airways or coming into their airport, and that we had no idea what it cost to run an airport and that they were doing us a courtesy.

Landing there to get about 50 gallons of fuel. On the ground for 34 minutes per FlightAware and got charged the $5 landing fee and $50 "parking fee". This is criminal!!! Vector said to send them the receipt and they would take the $50 off my invoice. I told them that would be a $5 charge for providing information they already possess. :) FLY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Just got a landing fee of $5 for an after hours stop and go. Not a major issue but it doesn't seem like the facility is very open with their charges.

What a racket! Just got a bill for $110 to drop off and pick up. Wasn't there for more than 30 minutes each time! Fee schedule shows no landing fee. I had talked with a gentleman at the FBO before I arrived because I heard rumor of this and he said it would cost five dollars for a two seat aircraft. Not so! I'm going to contest this bill because this is a money grab! Avoid this facility!
