Mo and his team are awesome. We were there for a short lunch and a fast appointment. They had the plane fueled and prepared to go when we returned and gave us the use a crew car during our stop. Everyone was smiling, friendly and happy to assist during our visit. We will be using Pacific States every time we are in Concord. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience all around. I was flying in to take my daughters to a concert in Berkeley. Reece was able to coordinate a rental car and had it brought out to me when I arrived. When I returned, about 11:30 pm, they had a lockbox to place the key in and made the whole process simple and smooth. As we were trying to depart, my mag check failed. I parked the plane and drove the rental back to Lincoln. Mike, in maintenance had all 12 plugs changed and my plane back running by 5:00.

Stay here if you’re going to CCR! We’ve been to PSA a couple of times before for Bonanza training and always been treated well but this time they really shined. We arrived Friday 7/7 just after 5:00 and found that Enterprise had “forgot” to deliver our rental. My fault as I booked thru AOPA not PSA. Being after 5 Enterprise was closed. Mo was super accommodating and delivered us to the Hilton. Got back Sunday AM and the plane was fueled and ready to go.
