Good service and welcoming personnel

Excellent FBO! Had to settle in here due to some unexpected weather. The older gentleman working in the FBO came outside and assisted us fuel our plane without asking. He also helped us push our aircraft to a parking spot and tie it down. Did not catch his name but he was awesome and we were very thankful!

Stopped in for quick fuel on our way from Wyoming (the state) to Minneapolis. Line guy fueled us swiftly and manager assisted me take cowel off of plane and locate and fix an issue we had with our heater hose. It was twisted and not letting the air through. It was a cold flight from home but toasty the last leg. Will certainly stop in again sometime. Thank you!

Good place to stop! Paul was very helpful, just as all the other comments had suggested. When I tried to leave my Archer wouldn’t fire. Paul solicited the help of the head service tech and he jumped through hoops trying to figure out why she wouldn’t light off; finally got it going by hand propping! How many people would do this? And then he flat refused to accept any payment, saying only that this was his way of ‘paying it forward.’ Outstanding!
