I'm an Air ambulance pilot that landed 2300 on Saturday night. First time I've been to BJC since a corporate job. No services. Nobody present. Call out number no success. Goes to voice mail. Bad bad bad bad. I have already made the calls to avoid KBJC in all future flights. I have to pit stop on the way home to get fuel now. So does SheltAir. Nobody there also.

Good service. Did a quick stop at BJC we go marshaled in , didn't require fuel but agents at the counter were very nice. Will return again.

Parking charge is $26 a night for a Cessna 182. They assess an $8 a night security charge, and then for every 10 gallons of fuel purchase, they will forgive $30 of charges.

First class service! Flew our Cirrus in for Boulder parents weekend to visit our son. Rental car was brought out to our plane by Sam. Jennifer and the other gals at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Self service pump option at R6 was reasonable for a busy airport like KBJC. Perhaps Signature has turned a new leaf with kinder gentler pricing for single engine piston pilots? #cirruspilot

Morning Front Desk person is very tough to deal with. Very unfriendly and does not communicate at all. Poor interaction on three distinct days. Line personnel are awesome...
