Outstanding service! The line crew promptly fueled our plane. Barb provided ice water while we figured out whether to remain or proceed. When we decided to stay, she found us a reasonable room even when most hotels were fully booked. Then she drove us to our accommodation.

I was on my initial solo xc and needed to divert to Bridgeport due to weather… Barb and the ground crew were amazing and very helpful , gave me food recommendations and a crew car! Very clean and well arranged facility

On the phone, Barb was incredibly friendly, professional, spent time finding me a hotel and car, advised me about places to visit, and answered all my questions. While she was helping me, she made me feel like there was nothing more important that she could have been doing than helping this 182 pilot be 100% satisfied. Upon arrival, Barb wasn't there but I found the woman at the desk to also be very friendly and helpful. A fine staff all around.
