I decided to fly into Bradley in a Cirrus SR22T because I needed to get my oxygen system refilled. Atlantic was good, except they referred me to the on field operator KTI Aircraft Maintenance for O2. KTI is now owned by Flightcheck, and they charged me a $500 "call out fee" despite the fact that it was a normal business day and I was parked at the FBO; and then they charged another $150 to refill the system. DO NOT USE KTI, terrible experience.

I've been a couple times and 100LL is outrageously costly, but always extremely fine service and clean facilities.

Atlantic consistently supplies safety-minded and efficient service for my operations in and out of Bradley.

Understaffed, shockingly costly with hidden charges With C.A.A. and certainly not welcoming. I would bypass at all costs and utilize signature. At least the assistance would be superior.
