Usually Atlantic Av in general has good customer service, but not in Austin. For being open 24/7, there was no person at the desk when we arrived. Had to leave a sticky note with our details. And when we were leaving a few days later, the front desk woman was on the phone the entire time. They parked us far from the FBO and even with all of our luggage and Pax, "weren't able" to get us a golf cart ride to our plane. We will be giving signature a try next time.

Recently I have flown two Angel Flights into KAUS and I've used Atlantic as the FBO for both trips. Both occasions, Ali at the front desk has been very helpful and nice to deal with. Any charges have been waived and a fuel discount (50c?) has been offered as they've been Angel Flights. This is the finest Atlantic FBO that I've utilized.

Agreed with the prior post. Superb Atlantic FBO. Kept our plane parked front and center for a fine evening in Austin. Very welcoming FBO with professional personnel and fair fuel costs for a bigger airport.

Best Atlantic I’ve ever been to. Parked with them several times over a two week period and every person I interacted with was helpful and kind. GoRental staff inside the lobby were also good to work with.

Slow and bad experience next door at Signature, repoed next door to Atlantic to pickup pax and Atlantic was on the ball and provided superb service. Highly recommend Atlantic at AUS instead of Signature.
