Maine Instrument Flight KAUG Pilot Reviews

I needed to divert today because of poor weather and arrived at KAUG. I was welcomed by a pleasant voice on the radio who assisted me getting parked, and fueled. He then went out of his way to help me arrange a rental car by providing me all of the choices and even phoning supervisors that he knew personally when everything was sold out. Such a wonderful experience. Amos went above and beyond and rescued our weekend from catastrophe. Kind, professional, informed, and a pilot himself too. Thank you Amos!

Flew in for the weekend and had a fine experience. Line staff met us on the ramp, directed us to parking, and brought rental car (arranged via Enterprise) to us plane side. Reasonable Avgas prices.

New owner. $18/day landing fee presently, not waived with fuel.

No crew car, not very helpful personnel. No Uber even if the front desk states they are available, do not pay attention. Small angry gentleman (Michael) behind the desk (CSR). Supervise your fueling if you wish to ensure it’s truly completed. Ramp is quite tight, and Hertz car rental is across the parking lot situated in the Cape Air terminal that closes at 5pm. If you’re arriving here best of fortune.

Now under fresh administration but same cordial and useful assistance for general aviation.
