Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services KAGS Pilot Reviews

October 20, 2025Good line service for our arrival and departure, however the CSRs that staff the FBO were not helpful. They were very discourteous to us and were not helpful at all. Unprofessional. Based at KTEB.

July 20, 2024We showed up two hours before departure. Short line staff. Customer service representative at front desk seemed very inconvenience by our normal request to have trash. Come picked up at the plane. Not a good experience with the staff today.

May 7, 2024Fantastic line experience! Desk staff exceptionally helpful and cordial. Marshaled my Cessna to a convenient spot making the rain less of a concern for the short walk to the FBO. Fuel was reasonable and facilities were clean. Will be back for certain!

July 31, 2023Line crew were good . Facilities are very fine. Service at the front desk was very unfriendly, felt like we were a burden being there. Crew car was on empty.

However there was little to no reconfiguration for the pilots who are forced to sit around the FBO all day waiting for their passengers for this huge multi-day event. 8 recliners in the lounge for around 50-60 pilots at a rough count, probably more. Several recliners were broken and would not recline. This is a problem for presumably known reasons of fatigue for the crews. (Nearby DNL airport puts out a large amount of seating for the influx of pilots and although I wouldn’t say they are comfortable, it’s better than standing, or sitting outside in the weather.) The facility had personnel moving things in and out through the pilot lounge throughout the
