April 19, 2024Flew in for lunch at the Yankee as a birthday treat for my Dad's 80th. Contacted the airport manager ahead of time to arrange transportation. Lynn, the manager, was very responsive and he and his wife Lisa made it a very special day for my Dad. Area is beautiful, will return.

September 2, 2022The airport manager, Lynn Ferguson, and the biggest takeaway was that he strongly advises avoiding flying over town. “If you have to go up the river or town, climb 7500 over reservoir, before proceeding southeast. If you takeoff 13, due to prevailing winds, make an early crosswind over the departure end of runway/FBO. Avoid landing after sunset or before sunrise as respect to homeowners on field and hazards with high terrain in the vicinity. For further questions and to comply with the chart supplement, call Lynn at 307 654 4646
