Unattended but called ahead and friendly staff that also manages nearby General Dewitt Spain (M01). All the transients parking spots had tie down ropes in good condition.

New terminal structure about to start building (early-mid 2024). Present terminal is accessible 24/7. Fuel is self-serve and generally fairly valued. Lots of tie downs but many lack ropes. Wonderful community of pilots call this airport home.

Be advised this airport is UNATTENDED, despite what the hours of operations show, and there are no maintenance facilities. The restrooms and pilots lounge are basic at best. There is a vending machine with limited snacks and drinks. Since it is unattended, I’m not sure about access to the courtesy car. It is, however, a cheap and quick self serve fuel stop fuel stop. Fuel prices have always been well below national average. For 100LL, park on the south side of the pump, which is located directly in front of the main building.
