APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed, airport light oprs consly.
Birds on and in vicinity of airport.
Dirt infield areas. helicopters advised to use care to prevent blasting dirt and debris onto movement areas.
(e125) includes 3 amphibians.
For cd when atct closed contact socal approach at 800-448-3724.
Helicopter opns 2500' MSL (1500' AGL) and below.
